NSFW

I'm going to be very oblique about the whos and wheres, but a community online buy/sell bulletin board that Jeremy and I check recently had a post advertising a television and sound system for sale. Everything was right there in the ad: a name and contact number, as well as the prices, brands, sizes, descriptions, and photos of each component of the system.

Here's one of the photos in the ad, aka the part that gets NSFW (it has been edited to be safe for this blog, at least):

After Jeremy and I were done laughing our heads off (and after Jeremy called the bulletin board administrator to have the ad removed), we considered the fact that there are only two possibilities to explain this photo.

1, this was some kind of sick, self-voyeuristic joke, albeit an oddly complete one. It wasn't like it was just the one photo in the ad, which would be an obvious tip-off to this being a way for someone to get their kicks. No - there really seems to be a television and sound system for sale. Which leads to possibility...

2, which is that someone apparently walks around the house buck naked, even when holding a camera and taking pictures of household goods to sell, even when said household goods have large reflective surfaces. I find this possibility almost more troubling than the first.

Is there another possibility that I'm not seeing?

Maybe he got the dating ad picture and the furniture ad picture mixed up? Or maybe the person thought they were posting to a nudist sales site?

Yeah........I got nothing......

Nope, legs are NOT crossed. I'm sorry - but also really not sorry, you know? - that by editing the photo you can hardly tell what it is. Just trust me that the clearest, most obvious part of this photo is the part that I've covered up. You're welcome.
